Terms of Service

The Platform is intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. To place orders you must register for an account, and new accounts may require approval before full access is granted.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at team@enmincusa.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Platform to browse the catalog, place orders, and view your orders and invoices for your internal business purposes.

Product pricing is shown to approved, signed-in account holders. Catalog content, availability, descriptions, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

Orders placed through the Platform are requests to purchase and are subject to acceptance by ENM Inc and to product availability. We may limit, decline, or cancel an order at any time.

Orders are fulfilled on an invoice basis. Payment is not processed through the Platform; invoices are issued by ENM Inc and payment terms are arranged directly with us. Invoices, balances, and recorded payments shown on the Platform are provided for your reference.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in violation of any law or regulation;
• Access or attempt to access another customer's account or data;
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems;
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform; or
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform beyond ordinary use.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and catalog content, is owned by ENM Inc and/or its software provider and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform.

We work to keep product information, images, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that catalog content is error-free, complete, or current. Nothing on the Platform is a binding offer to sell, and the display of a product does not guarantee its availability.

The Platform relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, and email delivery, and we are not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by those services. The Platform can be installed as an app on supported devices; some features may depend on your device, browser, and network connection.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENM Inc and its software provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Platform, our customers, or our business. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless a separate written agreement between you and ENM Inc provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
