Last updated: June 30, 2026
ENM Inc ("ENM Inc," "we," "us," or "our") operates this online ordering platform for our wholesale customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and ordering application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to enmincusa.com and the related ordering application (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide. When you register for or use an account, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number (if provided), password, delivery addresses, the orders you place, and any messages or requests you send to us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Platform, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your activity. We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and preferences.
2. Payment Information
We do not process card or bank payments through the Platform. Orders are fulfilled on an invoice basis, and payments are arranged directly with ENM Inc and recorded manually. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on the Platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and verify your identity;
- Display the catalog, process the orders you place, and generate invoices;
- Send you transactional messages such as order confirmations, invoice notifications, and account updates;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We rely on trusted third parties to run the Platform, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (application hosting and content delivery), and Resend (email delivery). We also work with a software provider that develops and maintains the Platform on our behalf. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ENM Inc, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If ENM Inc is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls that limit who can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Where Your Data Is Stored
The Platform and your information are hosted on infrastructure located in the United States.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to request details about how we use it. Residents of California have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (note that we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@enmincusa.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
9. Cookies and Local Storage
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the Platform. We also store data in your browser to remember your shopping cart and to let the Platform work offline as an installable app. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is a business tool intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated to account holders by email or through the Platform.
